Commission Information

Commissions are always welcome!

I love drawing all kinds of animals and am not limited to the usual dogs and cats. Over the years, I've created portraits of everything from tiny hamsters to majestic elephants, and even mythical creatures inspired by popular fantasy books.

What I Need

To create your portrait, I simply need 2–3 good quality reference photographs. Clear, well lit images help me capture your animal's unique character and details. Ideally either taken front on or as a side profile. 

YES: Front profile or side profile, well lit, good quality 

   

NO: Too dark and awkward angle 

   

Multiple Animals

More than one animal can be included in a commission:

  • Up to 2 animals can comfortably fit on an A4 portrait.
  • For 3 or more animals, an A3 portrait is recommended to ensure each animal receives the detail it deserves.
  • Maximum of 4 animals. 

Timescale

If you need your commission for a specific date, please allow a minimum of 3 weeks' notice. The more notice you can provide, the better, particularly during busy periods.

Payment

No payment is required until your portrait is completed. Payment must be received before your artwork is posted.

Gift Vouchers

If you're purchasing a portrait as a gift and don't have access to suitable photographs, or you're unsure which images the recipient would prefer, a gift voucher may be the perfect solution. This allows them to choose their favourite photographs of their beloved companion and be involved in the creative process.

Pricing

A4 Portrait – £65

A3 Portrait – £85

Additional Animals – £15 per animal

  • 2 animals on A4 – £80
  • 3 animals on A3 – £115
